Squirrel Point Light: the Restoration of Maine's Built Environment
The restoration of Squirrel Point Light is a summer internship with Bowdoin's architecture professor, Wiebke Theodore. With funding from the college through a Rusack Coastal Studies Grant, I'll be providing Wiebke, Chewonki, and the Citizens of Squirrel Point with the preliminary architecture work for restoring the keepers quarters and surrounding outbuildings of the lighthouse.
